What is the cost of the event?

And what is the cost of the agency's work?

Standard commission is 10% of the expenditure part of the project budget. In some cases, the commission may be fixed. For example, if an event or a separate set of services is very small, we take a fixed commission of more than 10%, and if the event is, on the contrary, is very big – our commission may be less than this percentage. In any case, we are flexible enough in the matter of payment for our work.

And what can the event agency do for this money?

We will begin with the idea and concept of the event, ifit’s worth it.Then we will prepare a beautiful presentation and choose the venue for the event in accordance with to the selected concept. We will select and propose artists, presenters and musicians. We will suggest the decoration and design of the venue. We will prepare a detailed budget and undertake a long debate on it before approval. We will also write the script and arrange all technical support – rent of sound, light and multimedia equipment. We will prepare video materials and will draw the design of the printing products and will also print invitations, posters, banners, certificates and many other things. We will provide you with the direction and artistic setting of the events. If necessary, will arrange transfers for guests. In some cases, we can be your copywriters and even travel managers. And this is not the limit of our capabilities.

And is this all for 10%?

Of course not. There are professionals for each work: scriptwriter, designer and director of video production, art director, decorator, etc. We work with video studios, promo-clothing atelier, design-studios, translators, decor studios, rental companies, that we know very well and whom we can entrust with our customers' projects.
